Ingredients for 4 persons
1 Red pepper
2 tomatoes.
150 gr. biological macaroni
salad
1/2 cucumber
fresh herbs from your garden
salad dressing
1 Onion
Half zucchini
Half eggplant
vegetarian meatballs
oil
Tools
2 big bowls
wok pan
pan
1 wooden spoon
How to make it
Bowl 1:
1. cook the macaroni as described on the package
2. cut the cucumber, red pepper and tomatoes
3. cut some fresh hers from your garden (or supermarket)
4. wait until the macaroni is cooled down and put everything in the first bowl and add the salad
5. add a little bit of biological dressing
Bowl 2:
1. cut the onion in small pieces
2. put the wok pan on the stove and put a splash of oil in to the wok
3. fry the onion
4. cut the half zucchini and half eggplant in big pieces and at to the wok
5. when everything is nicely fried, add the vegetarian meatballs, and fry for an other 8 minutes
6. put everything in the second bowl
Serve the dish, and have a nice dinner!

1 rode paprika

verse kruiden uit uw tuin
salade dressing/olie
1 ui
1/2 courgette
1/2 aubergine
vegetarische balletjes
olie
Benodigdheden
2 grote schalen
wok pan
pan
1 grote houten lepel
Bereidingswijze
Schaal 1:
1. kook de macaroni zoals aangegeven staat op de verpakking
2. snijd de komkommer, rode paprika en tomaten
3. snijd verse kruiden uit uw tuin (of supermarkt)
4. wacht totdat de macaroni afgekoeld is, doe vervolgens alles in de eerste schaal en voeg de sla toe
5. voeg een klein beetje dressing toe/olie
Schaal 2:
1. snijd de ui fijn
2. zet de wok op het fornuis en doe er een scheut olie in
3. fruit de ui
4. snijd de halve aubergine en halve courgette in grote stukken en doe ze in de wok
5. wanneer alles mooi gebakken is, voegt u de vegetarische balletjes toe, bak deze voor nogmaals 8 minuten
6. doe alles in de tweede schaal
serveer het gerecht, eet smakelijk!

Pasta Pesto (at the camp-side)
Ingredients for 4 persons:
300 gram pasta
1 mozzarella
2 tomatoes
1 zucchini
20 olives
4 veggie burgers
1 onion
pesto
creamy herb cheese
oil
pepper
Tools:
Wok pan
Frying pan
Pan
How to make it:
1. Cook the pasta as stated on the package
2. Bake the veggie burgers as stated on the package
3. Cut the veggies
4. Take the wok pan and put a splash of oil into the pan, add the onions
5. Put the other veggies in to the wok pan and bake them
6. Put the cooked pasta into the wok pan and mix with the veggies
7. Add as pesto and creamy herb cheese as you like
8. If you like, you can add some pepper
9. Dinner is ready to serve... have a lovely evening!!!

Pumpkinsoup and more
1 pumpkin
1/4 fennel
1 red chilli
1/2 onion
3 cloves garlic
2 carrots
1 red pepper
bit of pepper
3/4 liter of vegetable bouillon
100 milliliters coconut milk
Tools:
Pan
How to make it:
1. Make the vegetable bouillon
2. Kut the pumpkin, fennel, onion, garlic, carrots, red pepper and the red chilli
3. Put all the veggies in to the bouillon, cook as long as needed
4. Blend the veggies and bouillon
5. Add a bit of pepper (as much as you like)
6. Add the coconut milk
7. Cook for 5 minutes
8. Ready to serve! Enjoy your meal!!!
tip: add some pumpkinbread and grilled chicken to have a lovely dinner
