Yoghurt Strawberry Blueberry Smoothie


Ingredients for 2 persons:
400 ml yoghurt
200 ml buttermilk
10 strawberries
15 blueberries
5-10 mulberries per person

Ingrediƫnten voor 2 personen:

400 ml yoghurt
200 ml karnemelk
10 aardbeien
15 bosbessen
5-10 moerbeien per persoon







How to make it:
1. Put the buttermilk, strawberries, blueberries and yoghurt in to the blender or other food processor. Blend as long as you like

2. Pour the smoothie in to a glass

2a. When you want to store the smoothie for 1 or 2 days, please put the smoothie in to a jar of glass, and store it in to the fridge

3. Add the mulberries

4. You are ready to serve the very easy and nice smoothie

Bereidingswijze:


1. Doe de karnemelk, aardbeien, bosbessen en yoghurt in de blender of andere keukenmachine. Blend de smoothie zo lang als u lekker vindt


2. Giet de smoothie in een glas


2a. Wanneer u de smoothie voor 1 of 2 dagen wil bewaren, kunt u de smoothie in een glazen pot in de koelkast bewaren.


3. Voeg de moerbeien toe


4. U kunt de makkelijke maar heerlijke smoothie nu serveren
