Fresh pasta with veggies and more
Vegetarian
Ingredients for 2 persons:
2 Vegetarian (Valess) cheese burger
150-200 gram fresh pasta
100 gram herbed cream cheese (garlic or so)
50 gram creme fraiche
2 tomatoes
1 red pepper
10 mushrooms
10 sugar beans
1/2 fresh chili pepper
1/4 zucchini
1/4 aubergine
1,5 red onion
oil
Tools:
2 wouden spoons
1 cooking pan
1 sauce pan
1 oven
How to make it:
1. Put the oven on 180 degrees celsius
2. Cut the red onions in small pieces
3. Put some oil in to the sauce pan and fry the onion parts
4. Cut all the other vegetables in big pieces
5. Put water in to the cooking pan on high fire till it is boiling
5. Put all the vegetables in to the sauce pan and fry it fore ± 10 min
6. Put the vegetarian cheese burger in to the oven for ± 8 min
7. Do the pasta in to the cooking pan when the water is boiling. Cook it for 4 minutes
8. Everything is ready to serve a delicious meal!
