Ingredients for 2 persons:
1 mango
2 hands of strawberries
400 gr French cottage cheese
2 mandarins
How to make it:
1. chop the mango and strawberries and put them in the blender
2. add the french cottage cheese
3. blend until it is orange
4. put it in a bowl and add a chopped mandarine on it

Zucchini pasta with stuffed peppers
Ingredients for two persons:
1 zucchini
5 bird nests pasta
2 red peppers
1 shallot
250 grams of minced meat
small handful of pine nuts
1 mozzarella
How to make it:
1. Preheat your oven to 175 degrees
2. Fry the minced meat in a pan
3. Cook the shallot through
4. Cut the top of the peppers, and clean the peppers
5. Put the minced meat with the shallot in the pepper and add half of the mozzarella on top of both peppers
6. Put the two peppers in a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes
7. Cut the zucchini as small as pasta
8. Let it dry on paper towel
9. Cook the pasta bird nest
10. Bake the pine nuts
11. Put the pasta zucchini in a wok with hot oil
12. Bake for 4 minutes, then add the pasta and pine nuts
13. Clean the plate nicely, tasty food!

1 shallot
250 gehakt
klein handje pijnboompitten
1 mozzarella
Bereidingswijze:
1. Verwarm de oven voor op 175 graden
2. Bak het gehakt in een koekenpan
3. Bak de shallot er doorheen
4. Snijd de bovenkant van de paprika, en maak de paprika schoon
5. Doe het gehakt, met de shallot in de paprika en doe de helft van de mozzarella bovenop deze paprika's
6. Zet de twee paprikas in een ovenschaal en bak dit voor 25 minuten
7. Snijd de courgette zo klein als pasta
8. Laat dit drogen op keukenrol
9. Kook de vogelnest pasta
10. Bak de pijnboompitten
11. Doe de pasta van courgette in een wok met hete olie
12. Bak dit voor 4 minuten en voeg dan de pasta en de pijnboompitten toe
13. Maak het bord mooi op, smakelijk eten!

Rice salad
Ingredients:
rice
oats
quinoa
mushrooms
zucchini
shallot
tomato
cucumber

How to make it:
1. boil the rice, oats and quinoa together
2. bake the mushrooms, zucchini and shallot together
3. put it together with some spices you like
4. let it cool-down
5. serve with tomato and cucumber

10 peppercorns
10 pears (for stewing)

How to make it:
1. put everything in a pan
2. let it boil
3. put the stove on very low heat
4. let it simmer for 3 hours
Lekker met aardappel en stoofvlees / lekker met yoghurt of ijs
Ingredienten:
rode wijn
4 kruidnagels
2 kaneelstokjes
100 gram suiker
10 peperkorrels
10 peren (om te stoven)
scheutje water
Bereiding:
1. doe alle ingredienten in de pan
2. breng het aan de kook
3. zet het gas op laag vuur
4. laat het 3 uur sudderen

Banana Bread

3,5 very ripe bananas
1/2 cup applesauce
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup water
2,5 cups whole-wheat flour
2 teaspoons of baking soda
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons of shredded coconut
1 tablespoon olive oil for the pan
whole-wheat flour for the pan
Optional:
put 3 tablespoons of dark brown caster suger to the mixture
How to make it:
1. preheat the oven on 175 degrees celsius
2. With a hand mixer, beat together the banana, apple sauce, vanilla and water until its creamy
3. In an other bowl, sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, and spices.
Add dry mixture in to the wet ingredients, beating it well.
4. Oil the loaf pan and put some flour in it.
5. bake for at least 45 minutes in the middle of the oven, test if the bread is ready by inserting a toothpick and look if it comes out clean.
6. Cool it for 10 minutes, take it our of the pan and put it on a rack to cool it down
7. When it is completely cool, you can slice it and have a healthy lovely breakfast!!!

Bluestrawberry Shake
Ingredients:
Two hands full of strawberries
one hand full of blueberries
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1 tbsp of hemp seeds
500 ml yoghurt

Vegetarian Sundried Pasta
200g pasta
75g of small tomatoes
200g sundried tomatoes (from a jar)
¼ zucchini
½ yellow pepper
½ small onion
1 clove of garlic
Parmesan cheese
Handful of rocket salad
How to make it:
1. Cook the pasta as directed on the package
2. Cut the zucchini, small tomatoes and the yellow pepper
3. Cut the Sundried tomatoes finely, as well as the clove of garlic
4. Bake the zucchini, small tomatoes and the yellow pepper together with the chopped clove of garlic in a bit of the sundried tomato-oil
5. When the pasta is done, put it in to the baking-pan and mix with the veggies
6. Add the finely cut sundried tomatoes to the pan together with a dash of the sundried tomato-oil and mix everything ones again
7. Put the pasta on two plates and add the parmesan cheese on top of the dish, and add half of the handful rock salad
8. Add some pepper and salt when you like to. Have a lovely meal!!!
